基于项目管理模式小组工作在双相情感障碍缓解期患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Project Management Model-Based Group Work in Patients with Remission of Bipolar Disorder

目的:分析基于项目管理(PM)模式小组工作在双相情感障碍(BD)缓解期患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年11月南京医科大学附属逸夫医院收治的BD患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规宣教,观察组实施基于PM模式小组工作。比较两组自知力和治疗态度、药物治疗依从性、应对方式。结果:干预前,两组自知力和治疗态度、药物治疗依从性评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组自知力和治疗态度、药物治疗依从性评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组积极应占比高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:基于PM模式小组工作在BD缓解期患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者治疗依从性,改善自知力和治疗态度、应对方式。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of project management(PM)model-based group work in patients with remission of bipolar disorder(BD).Methods:A total of 60 patients with BD who were admitted to Sir Run Run Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from December 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided to the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine propaganda and education,while the observation group received PM model-based group work.The self-awareness,treatment attitude,medication compliance and coping style were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-awareness,treatment attitude,and medication compliance between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-awareness,treatment attitude,and medication compliance in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The proportion of positive coping in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of PM model-based group work in patients with BD remission is significant,which can improve patients'treatment compliance,self-awareness,treatment attitude,and coping style.
