基于常规中医护理加强安全隐患干预在脾胃病老年患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Strengthened Intervention on Potential Safety Hazards Based on Routine Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Elderly Patients with Spleen and Stomach Diseases

目的:分析基于常规中医护理加强安全隐患干预在脾胃病老年患者中的应用效果。选取2022年1月—2023年6月苏州市吴江区中医医院收治的脾胃病老年患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为参照组(49例)和试验组(49例)。参照组实施常规中医护理,试验组实施基于常规中医护理加强安全隐患干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且试验组低于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生活质量评分高于护理前,且试验组高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度高于参照组(P=0.014)。结论:基于常规中医护理加强安全隐患干预在脾胃病老年患者中的应用效果较好,一方面可改善患者负面情绪,另一方面可提高患者生活质量与护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of strengthened intervention on potential safety hazards based on routine traditional Chinese medicine nursing in elderly patients with spleen and stomach diseases.Methods:A total of 98 elderly patients with spleen and stomach diseases admitted to Suzhou Wujiang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the reference group(49 cases)and the experimental group(49 cases).The reference group received routine traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and the experimental group received the strengthened intervention on potential safety hazards based on routine traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of overall health,social function,emotional function,vitality,physiological function and mental health in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P=0.014).Conclusion:The application effect of strengthened intervention on potential safety hazards based on routine traditional Chinese medicine nursing in elderly patients with spleen and stomach diseases is significant,on the one hand,it can improve patients'negative emotions,and on the other hand,it can improve patients'quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
