疾病宣教联合合理防控在青少年传染病控制中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Disease Propaganda and Education Combined with Reasonable Prevention and Control in Communicable Disease Control Among Adolescents

目的:分析疾病宣教联合合理防控在青少年传染病控制中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年3月于泰安市妇幼保健院进行常规体检的青少年134例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各67例。对照组实施常规宣教,观察组实施疾病宣教联合合理防控。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,两组乙型病毒性肝炎和结核病、流行性感冒、腮腺炎、呼吸道及消化道传染病评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组传染病总发生率低于对照组(P=0.015)。观察组传染病防控总依从性高于对照组(P=0.026)。观察组总满意度高于对照组(P=0.019)。结论:疾病宣教联合合理防控在青少年传染病控制中的应用效果显著,可改善青少年传染病防控知识掌握情况,降低传染病发生率,提高传染病防控依从性和满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of disease propaganda and education combined with reasonable prevention and control in communicable disease control among adolescents.Methods:A total of 134 adolescents who underwent routine physical examination in Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 67 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine propaganda and education,and the observation group carried out disease propaganda and education combined with reasonable prevention and control.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of hepatitis B virus,tuberculosis,influenza,mumps,respiratory tract and digestive tract communicable diseases in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of communicable diseases in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.015).The total compliance of communicable disease prevention and control in the observation group was higher than thPat in the control group(P=0.026).The total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.019).Conclusion:The application of disease propaganda and education combined with reasonable prevention and control has a significant effect in communicable disease control among adolescents,and can improve the knowledge of communicable disease prevention and control among adolescents,reduce the incidence of communicable diseases,and improve the compliance and satisfaction of communicable disease prevention and control.
