摘要
目的:分析PDCA循环管理在医院医务人员管理中的应用效果。方法:齐鲁医药学院于2022年1月开始实施PDCA循环管理,以此时间点分为管理前和管理后,选取同批医务人员30例作为研究对象,2022年1月前实施常规管理,2022年1月开始执行PDCA循环管理。比较实施前后医护人员管理工作效率、医疗服务质量、满意度。结果:管理后,医护人员医院文化建设、奖惩机制、沟通协调机制、环境卫生管理机制、不良事件上报机制评分高于管理前(P<0.001)。管理后,医务人员临床医护能力、人际关系、伦理与法律、专业发展、评判性思维评分高于管理前(P<0.001)。管理后,医务人员总满意度高于管理前(P=0.023)。结论:PDCA循环管理在医院医务人员管理中的应用效果显著,可改善医护人员管理工作质量,优化医疗服务质量,提高医务人员满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle management in hospital medical staff management.Methods:Qilu Medical University began to implement PDCA cycle management since January 2022,which was considered as the time point for dividing into pre-management and post-management.A total of 30 cases in the same batch of medical staff were selected as the study subjects.Routine management was implemented before January 2022,and PDCA cycle management was implemented after January 2022.The medical staff management efficiency,medical service quality and satisfaction before and after the implementation were compared.Results:After management,the scores of hospital culture construction,reward and punishment mechanism,communication and coordination mechanism,environmental health management mechanism and adverse event reporting mechanism of medical staff were higher than those before management(P<0.001).After management,the scores of clinical medical ability,interpersonal relationship,ethics and law,professional development,and critical thinking of medical staff were higher than those before management(P<0.001).After management,the total satisfaction of medical staff was higher than that before management(P=0.023).Conclusion:The application effect of PDCA cycle management in hospital medical staff management is significant,which can improve the medical staff management quality,optimize the medical service quality,and improve the satisfaction of medical staff.
