我国高等院校运动训练专业课程思政建设的元素挖掘与教学设计

Element Exploration and Instructional Design for Ideological and Political Education in the Curriculum of Sports Training Majors in Chinese Colleges and Universities

课程思政建设的元素挖掘与教学设计是课程思政建设的关键点和落脚点,影响课程思政建设工作的实际效果。运用文献资料、逻辑分析、实证分析等研究方法,对我国高等院校运动训练专业课程思政建设的现状与滞因进行审视与分析。研究得出,围绕人的全面发展以立德树人为根本任务、三全育人为协同机制、中华体育精神为价值引领是运动训练专业课程思政建设的理念支持;政治认同、家国情怀的价值塑造,团结协作、奉献担当的精神内涵,礼仪规范、遵纪守法的品德修养,追求卓越、拼搏进取的体育本质是运动训练专业课程思政建设元素挖掘的根本遵循。运动训练专业课程思政建设的元素内容构成具有多元化、实效性、专业性特点,提出了确保运动训练专业课程思政与思政课程的协同、突出运动训练专业课程思政建设的项群化特点、规范课程思政教学文件、建立课程思政教学评价反馈机制的教学设计。

The elements excavation and teaching design of course ideological and political education are the key points and touchstones of course ideological and political education construction,which have a direct impact on the actual effect of course ideological and political education construction.Using literature,logical analysis,empirical analysis methods,this study reviews and analyzes the current situation and obstacles of ideological and political education in sports training professional courses in higher education institutions in China.The study concludes that the theoretical support for sports training professional course ideological and political education construction is centered on the fundamental task of cultivating people's comprehensive development with the ideological and political education of cultivating people’s political identity,patriotic sentiment,unity and cooperation,dedication and responsibility,etiquette,compliance with laws and regulations,and pursuit of excellence and perseverance.The fundamental principles for excavating the elements of ideological and political education in sports training professional courses are the value shaping of political identity and patriotic sentiment,the connotation of unity and cooperation,dedication and responsibility,etiquette,compliance with laws and regulations,and the essence of sports,which are pursuit of excellence and perseverance.The content composition of the elements of ideological and political education in sports training professional courses has the characteristics of diversity,practicality,and professionalism.This study proposes teaching design measures to ensure the synergy between sports training professional course ideological and political education and ideological and political education courses,highlight the clustered features of sports training professional course ideological and political education construction,standardize teaching documents for ideological and political education in courses,and establish a feedback mechanism for ideological and political education teaching evaluation.
