摘要
姜黄的药用价值、食用价值极高,市场前景广阔,肇庆市高要区多地均有规模种植。由于姜黄的主要食用根茎部位,其容易在生长过程中,通过土壤水质吸收农药残留。因姜黄中农残检测残留浓度含量低、样品基体复杂、检测前处理操作复杂,因此前处理技术在进行农药残留分析时尤为关键。本方法针对姜黄中农药残留量的检测,在目前主流的前处理方法QuECHERS法基础上,进行了优化;同时,优化了气相色谱-质谱联仪的参数条件,建立一种准确有效、简单快捷、经济环保的农残检测方法,降低企业的检测成本。
The medicinal value and edible value of turmeric are very high,and the market prospect is broad.There are large-scale cultivation of turmeric in Gaoyao District of Zhaoqing City.Due to the main edible root parts of turmeric,it is easy to absorb residues through soil and water during the growth process.Due to the low concentration of agricultural residues in turmeric,complex sample matrix and complex pre-treatment operation,pre-treatment technology is particularly critical in pesticide residue analysis.This method is optimized for the detection of pesticide residues in turmeric based on the current mainstream pretreatment QuECHERS method.At the same time,the parameter conditions of gas chromatogram-mass spectrometry are optimized,and an accurate,effective,simple,fast,economic and environmental protection detection method for agricultural residues is established to reduce the detection cost of enterprises.
