基于CiteSpace的2011―2021年国内外网络药理学研究在中医药领域的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of literatures on network pharmacology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine at domestic and abroad from 2011 to 2021 based on CiteSpace

目的归纳网络药理学应用于中医药领域的相关文献,探索网络药理学研究现状及发展趋势。方法利用中国知网、维普(VIP)、万方、PubMed及Web of Science数据库,检索网络药理学的相关文献,运用NoteExpress、CiteSpace 5.8.R1对研究机构、研究作者及关键词等内容进行可视化分析。结果纳入文献11263篇,其中英文文献6158篇、中文文献5105篇。载文量最多的中、英文期刊分别为《中草药》(273篇)、《EVIDENCE BASED COMPLEMENTARY AND ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE》(633篇);中、英文发文机构中北京中医药大学发文量最多(583篇),且各机构之间合作较多;文献作者合作网络分析显示,网络药理学研究领域发文量最多的作者是王永华(57篇);关键词分析显示网络药理学研究方向集中于宏观药效学转向微观分子机制,主要应用于新药研发、疾病机制预测及突发公共卫生事件治疗。结论近十年来网络药理学的研究整体上呈上升趋势,利用网络药理学研究传统医药仍是当前关注的热点,完善数据来源及结合多种验证手段对网络药理学的发展具有推动作用。

Objective To summarize the literatures on the application of Network Pharmacology in the field of Chinese medicine,and explore the research status and development trend of Network Pharmacology.Methods CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang,PubMed and Web of Science core database were used to study the related literatures of Network Pharmacology.The research institutions,authors and keywords were visualized by NoteExpress and CiteSpace 5.8.R1 software.Results 11263 literatures were selected,including 6158 English and 5105 Chinese.The most literature were published of Chinese and English in Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs(273)and EVIDENCE BASED COMPLEMENTARY AND ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE(633),respectively.According to the author cooperation network analysis of Chinese and English literatures.The publishing institutions showed that Beijing University of Chinese Medicine was the most published research institution of network pharmacology research(583),with a lot of cooperation among institutions.Wang Yonghua was the most published author in the field of network pharmacology research(57).Key words analysis showed that the research contents of network pharmacology mainly focused on the mechanism,molecular docking,pathways,active ingredients,targets,molecular mechanism and other related fields.Conclusions In recent 10 years,the research on network pharmacology has been on the rise.Using network pharmacology to study traditional medicine is still a hot spot.Improving data sources and combining a variety of verification methods can promote the development of network pharmacology.
