摘要
当前,高校应用型人才培养遭遇困境。项目化教学作为一种新型的教学模式,有助于落实“实践育人”,加强学习内容与社会生活的联系;倡导综合性学习,增强学生学习的主动性;采用多元化评价,聚焦学生职业能力提升。将项目化教学应用于高校应用型人才培养中,需要围绕“项目筛选、项目设计、项目启动、项目执行、项目成果展示、项目评价反思”等方面进行系统设计。
At present,the cultivation of application-oriented talents in universities have some challenges.As a new type of teaching mode,project-based teaching is helpful in the following aspects:implement the“practice education”and strengthen the connection between learning content and social life;advocate the comprehensive learning and enhance the students’learning initiative;and focus on the improvement of students’vocational ability while adopting the diversified evaluation.To practice the project-based teaching in the cultivation of applied talents in universities,it is necessary to carry out systematic design in the following aspects:“project selection,project design,project start-up,project execution,the display of project results,and the evaluation and reflection of the project”.
