苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年高血压临床疗效、血液流变学指标及Apelin-12水平变化分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy,Hemorheological Indexes and Changes in Apelin-12 Levels of Levamlodipine Benzenesulfonate Combined with Irbesartan in the Treatment of Elderly Hypertension

目的分析苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年高血压临床疗效、血液流变学指标及Apelin-12水平变化。方法选取2021年2月—2024年2月南阳市第一人民医院收治的95例老年高血压患者为研究对象,按照治疗方案分为对照组(苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平,n=45)和联合组(苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平+厄贝沙坦,n=50)。比较两组临床疗效、血液流变学指标[纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血浆黏度(PV)、红细胞聚集指数(RAI)]、血浆Apelin-12水平和不良反应发生率。结果联合组治疗总有效率94.00%,对照组治疗总有效率77.78%,联合组临床疗效显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合组和对照组FIB、PV、RAI均下降,且联合组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合组和对照组Apelin-12水平均上升,且联合组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应总发生率13.33%,联合组不良反应总发生率18.00%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗可有效降低老年高血压患者血压,提高Apelin-12水平,并维持血液流变学指标稳定,且未发生严重不良反应。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy,hemorheological indexes and changes in Apelin-12 levels of Levamlodipine Benzenesulfonate combined with Irbesartan in the treatment of hypertension in the elderly.Methods 95 cases of elderly hypertensive patients admitted to Nanyang No.1 People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected for the study,and were divided into the control group(Levamlodipine Benzenesulfonate,n=45)and the combination group(Levamlodipine Benzenesulfonate+Irbesartan,n=50)according to the treatment plan.Clinical efficacy,hemorheological indexes[fibrinogen(FIB),plasma viscosity(PV),red blood cell aggregation index(RAI)],plasma Apelin-12 levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 94.00%,while the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 77.78%,and the clinical efficacy of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FIB,PV,and RAI decreased in both the combination group and the control group after the treatment,and in the combination group FIB,PV,and RAI were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Apelin-12 levels increased in both the combination group and the control group after treatment,and the combination group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 13.33%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was 18.00%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Levamlodipine Besylate combined with Irbesartan treatment can effectively reduce blood pressure,increase Apelin-12 levels,and maintain stable hemorheological indexes in elderly hypertensive patients without serious adverse effects.
