摘要
目的分析在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的麻醉中七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼的应用效果与对其血流动力学造成的影响。方法2023年4月—2024年3月于天津市海河医院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者72例纳入该研究,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组和实验组各36例。对照组麻醉方法为丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼,实验组麻醉方法为七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼。结果两组患者麻醉诱导前、插管后即刻心率、舒张压、收缩压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而气腹后10 min、拔管后即刻两组患者心率、舒张压、收缩压差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者相关恢复指标、凝血功能指标差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者麻醉的过程中七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼有着较为理想的应用效果,积极影响着患者的相关血流动力学指标,促进了患者的更好恢复与凝血功能指标改善,值得予以临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effects of Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil on hemodynamics in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy during anesthesia.Methods 72 patients who received laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Tianjin Haihe Hospital from April 2023 to March 2024 were included in this study,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group with 36 cases in each group according to the order of admission.The control group was anesthetized with Propofol combined with Remifentanil,while the experimental group was anesthetized with Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil.Results There were no significant difference in heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups before anesthesia induction and immediately after intubation(P>0.05).There were significant differences in heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups at 10 minutes after pneumoperitoneum and immediately after extubation(P<0.05).There were significant differences in related recovery indexes and coagulation function indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil has a relatively ideal application effect in the anesthesia process of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients,which positively affects the relevant hemodynamic indexes of patients,promotes the better recovery of patients and improves the coagulation function indexes,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
