摘要
对普通干线公路风险较高路段的运营环境进行综合描述,通过实地调研与理论分析相结合的手段,考虑了道路基础设施、交通安全设施、交通流状况、气候环境等特点,建立了特殊条件下普通干线公路风险较高路段运营环境描述模型,便于对山西省内所有普通干线风险较高路段进行统一描述,有望为公路管理部门提供科学的决策依据,减少公路交通事故、提高运营安全。
This paper focuses on comprehensively describing the operation environment of high-risk sections of ordinary trunk highways.Through field surveys and theoretical analysis,considering road infrastructure,traffic safety facilities,traffic flow,and climate environment,an operation environment description model of high-risk sections of ordinary trunk highways under special conditions is established,which facilitates a unified description of all high-risk sections of ordinary trunk highways in Shanxi Province,expecting to provide a scientific decision-making basis for highway management departments,reduce the highway traffic accidents,and improve operation safety.
