梧州市7~12岁儿童心理健康状况调查及影响因素分析

Mental health status of children aged 7-12 years in Wuzhou and its influencing factors

目的了解梧州市7~12岁儿童心理健康现状,对本市儿童心理健康服务质量提供研究方向及数据支持。方法使用电子心理调查问卷对梧州市14000例儿童青少年进行儿童人口学资料、家庭状况及心理状况数据调查,并使用单因素及多因素分析相关影响因素。结果男孩存在心理异常行为934人,检出率为6.93%,女孩中存在心理异常行为1039人,检出率为7.71%。异常行为检出率χ^(2)=13.108,P<0.05。结论加强儿童保健体系中对儿童心理卫生的保健服务,对提高儿童生活质量和促进国民素质具有深远且重要的意义。

Objective To understand the mental health status of children aged 7-12 years in Wuzhou,and to provide research direction and data support for the quality of child mental health services in the city.Methods A total of 14000 children and adolescents in Wuzhou were investigated with electronic psychological questionnaire on demographic data,family status and psychological status.Results 934(6.93%)boys and 1039(7.71%)girls had abnormal psychological behavior.The positive rate of abnormal behavior wasχ^(2)=13.108(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of great significance to improve children’s quality of life and national quality to strengthen children’s mental health service in children;s health care system.
