通过混合式教学方法,讲授罕见遗传疾病的病因、发病机制、病变过程和临床表型;学习罕见病从亲代传至子代的遗传规律,了解其诊断、治疗和防控的手段、技术。以情景模拟的体验式教学结合虚拟实验开展遗传咨询的实践教学。从而系统地向医学相关专业学生介绍罕见遗传疾病。

“Rare Genetic Diseases”is a professional elective course that systematically introduces rare genetic diseases through a blending teaching method.The course introduces the etiology,pathogenesis,and clinical phenotype of rare genetic diseases.It also illustrates the genetic principle of rare diseases transmitted from parents to offspring,and the diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of rare genetic diseases.The practical teaching of genetic counseling is carried out through situational teaching method combined with virtual experiments.
