摘要
在促进绿色低碳高质量发展的背景下,数字经济促进绿色创新的有效实施需要人才支持。基于2011—2019年长江经济带108个地级市的面板数据,运用固定效应模型实证检验了数字经济、人力资本投资和绿色创新之间的关系,研究发现:数字经济发展能够显著促进城市绿色创新水平的提升,在这一过程中人力资本投资具有正向的调节作用,并在不同区域差异明显。进一步分析认为,人力资本投资在数字经济促进绿色创新中存在显著的门槛效应。在数字经济背景下,人力资本投资是促进绿色创新的关键,应制定差异化地区发展战略,强化数字经济和人力资本投资对绿色创新的驱动作用,推动绿色创新发展。
In the context of promoting green,low-carbon and high-quality development,the effective implementation of green innovation promoted by digital economy needs talent support.Based on the panel data of 108 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2019,this paper empirically tests the relationship between digital economy,human capital investment and green innovation.It is found that the development of digital economy can significantly promote the urban green innovation level,and human capital investment has a positive moderating effect in this process,with obvious differences in different regions.In the further analysis,human capital investment also has a significant threshold effect in promoting green innovation in digital economy.In the context of digital economy,human capital investment is the key to promote green innovation.Differentiated regional development strategies should be formulated to strengthen the driving role of digital economy and human capital investment in green innovation and promote the development of green innovation.
