长江经济带数字经济的减污降碳效应及作用机制研究——基于市级数据的分析

A Study on the Reduction of Pollution and Carbon Emission Effects and Role Mechanisms of the Digital Economy in the Yangtze River Economic Belt--Based on the Analysis of Municipal Data

摘要 基于2011~2021年长江经济带104个城市的面板数据,采用公式法测算碳污排放强度,运用固定效应模型与机制检验模型,分析数字经济对减污降碳的影响效应及作用机制,构建减污降碳协同效应模型,探究数字经济的减污降碳协同效应与长江经济带减污降碳协同度的时空演变趋势。研究发现,数字经济对长江经济带城市的碳污排放产生显著的抑制作用;能够通过促进产业结构升级、提升绿色技术创新和增强公众环境关注度,促进长江经济带减污降碳的协同治理。 Based on the panel data of 104 prefecture-level and above cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2021,a study is conducted,adopting the formula method to calculate the carbon emission intensity,the fixed effect model and mechanism test model to analyze the impact and mechanism of digital economy on reduction of pollution and carbon emission.At the same time,the synergistic effect model of reduction of pollution and carbon emission is constructed to explore the spatio-temporal evolution trend of the synergistic effect of reduction of pollution and carbon emission in digital economy and the synergistic degree of reduction of pollution and carbon emission in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The results indicate that the digital economy has a significant inhibitory effect on reduction of pollution and carbon emission of cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Digital economy can exert effects on structural upgrading,technical innovation and public supervision to promote reduction of pollution and carbon emission;The digital economy can help promote the collaborative governance of reduction of pollution and carbon emission in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
