摘要
以山梨酸和氧化锌为原料,采用原位生成法制备了山梨酸锌(ZDS)增强氢化丁腈橡胶,并研究了山梨酸的原位反应机理和山梨酸锌对氢化丁腈橡胶物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,山梨酸锌可以在橡胶硫化阶段原位生成;随着山梨酸和氧化锌添加量的增加,硫化胶的交联程度逐渐增大,拉伸强度呈先增大后减小的趋势,当山梨酸与氧化锌的添加量分别为23 g和10 g时拉伸强度达到最大,为24.5 MPa;对混炼胶进行预处理可明显提高其力学性能,但预处理时间不宜过长,否则力学性能下降。
Zinc sorbate(ZDS)reinforced hydrogenated nitrile rubber was prepared using sorbic acid and zinc oxide as raw materials by in situ generation method,and the in situ reaction mechanism of sorbic acid and effect of zinc sorbate on physical and mechanical properties of the hydrogenated nitrile rubber were investigated.The results showed that zinc sorbate could be generated in situ during the vulcanization stage.With increase of addition of sorbic acid and zinc oxide,the crosslinking degree of vulcanizate gradually increased,and tensile strength showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the addition amount of sorbic acid and zinc oxide were 23 g and 10 g,respectively,the tensile strength reached maximum of 24.5 MPa.Pretreatment of the rubber compound could significantly improve its mechanical properties,but the pretreatment time should not be too long,otherwise the mechanical properties would decrease.
