摘要
介绍马钢6座高炉热风炉的基本情况及运行现状,对热风炉燃烧过程中存在的问题进行分析,指出应用热风炉智能燃烧控制节能技术的必要性。智能燃烧控制技术可以满足热风炉烧炉过程的蓄热工艺需求,提高系统风温上限,降低烧炉煤气消耗,最终达到降低吨铁成本的目的。
The basic situation and operation status of six blast furnaces of Masteel are introduced,the problems existing in the combustion process of the hot-air furnace are ana⁃lyzed,and the necessity of applying the intelligent combustion control and energy-saving technology of the hot-air furnace is pointed out.Intelligent combustion control technology can meet the heat storage process requirements,improve the upper limit of the system air temperature,reduce gas consumption,and ultimately achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of tons of iron.
