摘要
在钢厂循环水系统的运行过程中,水质、温度等因素使设备表面易出现腐蚀和结垢现象,给系统的稳定性与可靠性带来不利影响。从清洗预膜技术应用的角度,对钢厂循环水系统中相关技术的应用原理进行分析,介绍该技术在实际项目中的应用实践。实践结果表明,合理运用清洗预膜技术可以延长钢厂循环水系统的使用寿命,提高其经济性与可靠性。
During the circulating water system operation process in a steel plant,water qual⁃ity,temperature and other factors could let the surface of the equipment is prone to corrosion and scaling phenomenon,which will bring negative impact on the stability and reliability of the system.From the perspective of the application of cleaning pre-film technology,the application principle of the relevant technology in the circulating water system is analyzed,and the application practice of this technology in actual projects is introduced.Practical results show that the reasonable use of cleaning pre-film technology can extend the service life of the circulating water system,improve its economy and reliability.
