马钢热轧带钢边部翘皮产生原因及对策

摘要 热轧产品质量包含板形、尺寸、表面、性能四大类,其中随着板带类产品作为外覆件主要用途比例的攀升,表面质量提升尤为重要,而马钢热轧带钢表面质量问题中较为突出的是边部翘皮问题,由于边部缺陷在交付客户前必须消除,因此存在边部缺陷的产品必须切除缺陷部分,导致成材率、质量乃至生产事故等损失。通过对马钢热轧生产过程中边部翘皮问题的细致研究,针对特征性因素进行了验证并提出了解决方案,为马钢热轧板带边部质量提升提供了指导。 The quality of hot rolled products includes four categories,which are plate shape,size,surface and performance,among which the surface quality improvement is especially impor⁃tant as the proportion of sheet and strip products used as the main application of outer cladding parts rises.The more prominent problem of Masteel hot rolled strip surface quality problems is the edge warping.Because the edge defects must be eliminated before delivery to the clients,products with edge defects must have the defective part removed,resulting in losses in rate of yield,quality and even production accidents.Through the careful study of the edge warping problem in the hot rolling production process of Masteel,the characteristic factors were verified and solutions were proposed to provide guidance for the quality improvement of Masteel's hot rolled plate and strip edges.
