摘要
硬质岩浅埋大断面隧道施工因其地质环境的复杂性而面临诸多挑战,如垮塌、围岩变形及衬砌结构裂缝等问题,严重威胁隧道的安全与可靠性。针对硬质岩浅埋大断面隧道的特性,结合具体工程案例,提出了科学合理的施工技术方案。通过预先灌注水泥浆液、加固锚杆处理技术、加固纵向连接技术及弱爆破施工技术等措施,有效提升了隧道围岩的稳定性,保障了施工质量与过程的安全。研究表明,这些技术的应用能够显著改善隧道施工条件,降低施工风险,为类似工程项目提供了宝贵的实践经验与参考借鉴。
The construction of shallow buried large section tunnels in hard rock faces many challenges due to the complexity of its geological environment,such as collapse,deformation of surrounding rock,and cracks in the lining structure,which seriously threaten the safety and reliability of the tunnel.This article proposes a scientifically reasonable construction technology plan based on the characteristics of shallow buried large section tunnels in hard rock and specific engineering cases.By pre injecting cement slurry,reinforcing anchor rod treatment technology,reinforcing longitudinal connection technology,and weak blasting construction technology,the stability of tunnel surrounding rock has been effectively improved,ensuring the safety and quality of the construction process.Research has shown that the application of these technologies can significantly improve tunnel construction conditions,reduce construction risks,and provide valuable practical experience and reference for similar engineering projects.
