摘要
我国海上风电相关技术已较为成熟,海上风电工程项目建设已进入快车道。海底电缆敷设作为海上风电工程建设的重要一环,其工程质量的优劣直接影响整个项目后续的安全稳定运行。目前,我国海缆敷设施工多由海缆厂家负责,且施工技术相对成熟。以越南金瓯1号350 MW海上风电EPC项目为例,对海缆敷设施工工序进行详细阐述,并对海缆施工质量控制要点进行剖析。研究表明,这些控制措施有利于提高施工质量及效率,可为同类型海缆施工项目提供借鉴。
At present,China's offshore wind power related technologies have become relatively mature,and the construction of offshore wind power engineering projects has entered the fast lane.As an important part of offshore wind power engineering construction,the quality of submarine cable laying directly affects the safe and stable operation of the entire project in the future.At present,the construction of submarine cable laying in China is mostly undertaken by submarine cable manufacturers,and the construction technology is relatively mature.Taking the 350 MW offshore wind power EPC project in Jin'ou 1,Vietnam as an example,this article elaborates on the construction process of submarine cable laying and analyzes the key points of quality control in submarine cable construction.Research has shown that these control measures are beneficial for improving construction quality and efficiency,and can provide reference for similar submarine cable construction projects.
