全面深化改革是新时代的一场全方位、深层次的社会变革,从马克思主义认识论角度看也是一场思想认识的革命。党的二十届三中全会通过《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革推进中国式现代化的决定》,为进一步全面深化改革规划了路线图,制定了任务书,安排了时间表。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在全面深化改革方面提出了一系列新思想、新观点、新论断,涵盖了全面深化改革的方向目标、战略策略、工作要求、任务步骤、方式方法、落实执行等重要内容,形成了全面深化改革的“领导论”“规律论”“矛盾论”“系统论”“互动论”“创新论”“制度论”“价值论”“实干论”等一系列重大科学论断,体现了认识主体、认识客体、认识方法、认识工具、认识过程、认识跃升、认识构型、认识评价、认识转化等认识论的重要内容和基本环节,构建了全面深化改革认识论体系,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是马克思主义认识论在全面深化改革领域的集中体现和创新发展,必将随着进一步全面深化改革实践的深入而不断丰富发展。

Comprehensively deepening reforms is an all-round and profound social change in the new era,and from the perspective of Marxist epistemology,it is also a revolution in ideology."The decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)on further comprehensively deepening reforms and promoting the Chinese path to modernization"passed at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC has laid out the road map,task statement,and timetable for further comprehensively deepening reforms.General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new ideas,viewpoints,and judgments concerning comprehensively deepening reforms,which embrace important contents such as the direction,goals,strategic strategies,work requirements,task steps,methods,and implementation of the reforms.They form a series of major scientific propositions related to comprehensively deepening reforms,including the"leadership theory","law theory","contradiction theory","system theory","interaction theory","innovation theory","system theory","value theory",and"practical work theory",which embody the important content and basic links of epistemology,such as cognitive subject,cognitive object,cognitive method,cognitive tool,cognitive process,cognitive leap,cognitive configuration,cognitive evaluation,and cognitive transformation,and constitute an epistemological system for comprehensively deepening reforms.They are the concentrated embodiment and innovative development of Marxist epistemology in the field of comprehensive deepening reforming and will continue to be enriched and developed with the practice of comprehensively deepening reforms.
