摘要
【目的】为优化卷烟生产原料跨厂调运耗时长成本高问题,【方法】基于红塔集团卷烟生产原料调运流程、库存分布、品规结构等,研究生产计划与原料调运计划的关联关系,根据卷烟生产计划、原料库存、配方、品规保障优先级、调运优先级等核心要素,采用递归算法,构建调运模型,在应用系统中收集模型相关数据,开发模型功能。【结果】使用原料调运模型自动计算出卷烟品规原料需求量、调运量及配方替换信息,快速响应计划调整,指导相关部门作业,提高50%作业效率;同时合理的调运规划,避免反复来回调运发送,降低调运距离总和,进而节约2%运输费用。【结论】该模型的应用,实现快速响应敏捷调运,有效提升原料调运效率,减少沟通成本和物流成本。
[Purpose]This study aims to optimize the issues of long duration and high cost in cross-factory dispatch of cigarette production raw materials.[Methods]inventory distribution,and product specifications structure of Hongta Group's cigarette production raw materials,this study investigates the relationship between production planning and raw material dispatch planning.Considering core elements like cigarette production plans,raw material inventory,formulas,product specification priority,and dispatch priority,a dispatch model was constructed using a recursive algorithm.The model-related data were collected in the application system,and the model functionalities were developed.[Results]The use of the raw material dispatch model automatically calculates the demand and dispatch volume of raw materials for cigarette specifications and formula replacement information.It responds quickly to plan adjustments,guiding related department operations and improving operational efficiency by 50%.At the same time,reasonable dispatch planning avoids repeated back-and-forth transportation,reducing the total transportation distance and consequently saving 2%in transportation costs.[Conclusion]The application of this model achieves rapid response and agile dispatch,effectively enhancing the efficiency of raw material dispatch,and reducing communication and logistics costs.
