摘要
职业教育制造业现场工程师人才培养是提高制造业职业教育适应性、完善工程技术类人才培养的重要举措。通过分析比较国内外工程师人才培养的现状,明确现场工程师人才培养目标,基于威海职业学院船舶与海洋工程装备现场工程师人才培养的实际情况,采用“三站互动、四六交替”教学模式,即校企协同,“学校、企业、工程训练中心三站互动教学,模块项目四六交替运行”。深化职业教育工程技术教育改革,打造职业教育现场工程师培养培训良好生态。
The training of field engineers in vocational education manufacturing industry is an important measure to improve the adaptability of manufacturing vocational education and improve the training of engineering and technical talents.By analyzing and comparing the current situation of engineer training at home and abroad,clarifying the goal of field engineer training,and based on the actual situation of professional ship and ocean engineering equipment site engineer training at Weihai Vocational College,the teaching model of“three-station interaction and four-and-six alternation”is adopted,which means the cooperation between college and enterprise,with“interactive teaching at three stations in college,enterprise and engineering training center,and alternating operation of module projects”.We will deepen the reform of vocational engineering and technical education and create a good ecology for field engineer training in vocational education.
