积极老龄化视角下老年教育的实践转型与经验

摘要 在日益严重的人口老龄化背景下,“积极老龄化”已经成为国内外应对人口老龄化的主流价值理念与理论视角,深刻影响着老年教育实践的发展。以积极老龄化作为老年教育转型发展的框架,开展对国家开放大学体系内老年教育实践的调研。通过对办学规模、师资力量、教学内容、教学方式等数据收集及典型案例分析发现,老年教育的转型发展体现了积极老龄化的核心特点,老年教育推动了积极老龄化的发展。老年教育实践的经验主要有社区合作模式、多元主体整合模式、混合式教学模式、优势资源模式,以及凸显地域特点的康养学游模式。但老年教育在转型过程中还遇到很多瓶颈,还需要通过制定相关政策、形成多方合作机制、坚持信息化资源建设、创新实践与宣传等进行应对,进一步实现老年人个体的积极老龄化以及社会的积极老龄化。 Under the background of increasingly severe population aging,“active aging”has become the mainstream value concept and theoretical perspective for addressing population aging both domestically and internationally,which profoundly influences the development of elderly education.This paper conducts research on the practice of elderly education within the system of the Open University of China,taking active aging as the framework for the transformation and development of elderly education.Through data collection of education,teaching staff,teaching content and teaching methods,and typical case analysis,it finds out that the transformation and development of elderly education reflects the core characteristics of active aging,and elderly education promotes the development of active aging.The experience of elderly education practice mainly includes community cooperation mode,diversified subject integration mode,blended learning mode,advantageous resource mode,and health and wellness study tour mode that highlights regional characteristics.However,there are still many bottlenecks in the transformation of elderly education,which need to be addressed through the formulation of relevant policies,the formation of multi-party cooperation mechanism,the persistence of information resource construction,innovative practice,publicity,etc.,to further achieve the active aging of elderly individuals and of the society.
