编辑是出版业的中坚力量,承担着推进文化自信自强、凝心铸魂的文化使命,坚持正确舆论导向、强基固本的社会使命,推动社会文明进步、集智聚力的历史使命。其现实际遇、话语形塑关系到出版业的现实变革和未来指向。然而,当前编辑队伍良莠不齐、人才流失严重,普遍存在身份认同度偏低、职业认可度不高和地位边缘化、工作压力大、职务晋升难等现实困境,成为制约出版业高质量发展的重要因素。纾解编辑现实困境可以从培养编辑的主体意识入手,充分挖掘和发挥编辑的自身价值。编辑要有强烈的责任担当和编辑情怀,坚持问题导向和创新意识,努力做到技术精通、学术精进,尽可能地与作者进行沟通、交流、对话,形塑编辑话语,进而构建编辑出版话语体系。

Editors constitute the backbone of the publishing industry,and undertake the cultural mission of promoting cultural self-confidence and self-improvement.In order to adhere to the correct public opinion guidance,and strengthen the social mission of consolidating the foundation;in order to promote the progress of social civilization and gather wisdom,their current situation and discourse shaping are related to the current change and future direction of the publishing industry.However,at present,the editorial team is of mixed quality,the brain drain is serious,and there are general and practical difficulties such as low identity,low professional recognition,marginalized status,high work pressure,and difficulty in job promotion,which have become important factors that restrict the high-quality development of the publishing industry.In the new era and new journey,to alleviate the practical dilemmas of editors,we can start by cultivating the consciousness of editor’s subjective status,fully excavate and give full play to editor’s self-value,and specifically in the editing process,editors should have a strong sense of responsibility and editorial work devotion,adhere to the problem-oriented and innovative consciousness,strive to be technically proficient and academically sophisticated,and communicate with the author as much as possible,so as to shape the editorial discourse,and then build the editorial publishing discourse system.
