摘要
通过铁路沿线既有建筑再生改造项目设计探索,尝试采用多维度空间模块的标准化设计理念导入,将铁路既有建筑再生设计的焦点从单纯技术改造回归到建筑本体适应性范畴之中,强调在适宜性思想下多维度空间模块协同组合,形成标准化设计过程,提高铁路工程再生利用水平。首先将空间模块分解为功能再生、活化改造、消防风险管理、安全设计、结构空间5个维度。其次,选取既有铁路房屋中的供电轨道车库及通信站作为实例,运用空间模块作为标准化设计手段进行分析。最终形成针对铁路沿线既有建筑从个性化技术改造到一整套标准化设计方法的转化。
Through the design exploration of the regeneration project of existing buildings along the railway line,the standardized design concept of multi-dimensional space module is introduced,the focus of the regeneration design of existing railway buildings is returned from simple technical transformation to the adaptability of the building body,and the collaborative combination of multi-dimensional space modules under the idea of suitability is emphasized to form a standardized design process.Improve the level of railway engineering recycling.Firstly,the space module is divided into five dimensions:function regeneration,activation transformation,fire risk management,safety design and structural space.Secondly,the power supply track garage and communication station in existing railway buildings is selected as examples,and the space module is used as a standardized design method for analysis.Finally,the transformation of existing buildings along the railway from personalized technology transformation to a set of standardized design methods is formed.
