炉冷温度对TA10钛合金微观组织与拉伸性能的影响

摘要 对TA10钛合金进行不同温度的随炉冷却处理,使用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、室温拉伸性能测试等手段,研究炉冷温度对TA10钛合金微观组织与拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,炉冷温度会影响组织中初生α相与次生α相的含量,随着炉冷温度不断升高,初生α相含量降低,次生α相含量升高,同时合金强度随之升高,但塑性随着炉冷温度的升高而降低。炉冷温度为两相区时,拉伸断口微观形貌由大量的等轴状韧窝组成,炉冷温度为单相区时,断口形貌以岩石状为主,在炉冷温度升高过程中,断口形貌中微裂纹数量增加,且有撕裂棱出现。 In this paper,TA10 titanium alloy is cooled with furnace at different temperatures.The effects of furnace cooling temperature on the microstructure and tensile properties of TA10 titanium alloy are studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and room temperature tensile properties test.The results show that the furnace cooling temperature will affect the content of primaryαphase and secondaryαphase in the microstructure.With the increase of furnace cooling temperature,the content of primaryαphase decreases,the content of secondaryαphase increases,and the strength of the alloy increases,but the plasticity decreases with the increase of furnace cooling temperature.When the furnace cooling temperature is in the two-phase region,the micro-morphology of the tensile fracture is composed of a large number of equiaxed dimples.When the furnace cooling temperature is in the single-phase region,the fracture morphology is mainly rock-like.In the process of increasing the furnace cooling temperature,the number of micro-cracks in the fracture morphology increases,and tear ridges appear.
