异形UHPC装配整体式梁板结构模板体系及施工方法研究

摘要 超高性能混凝土(Ultra-High Performance Concrete,UHPC)是近年来得到广泛关注的一种水泥基复合材料,其抗压强度最高可达200 MPa以上,是一种极具应用前景的新型建筑复合材料。但由于材料成形工艺受到限制,目前UHPC在房建领域中作为承重结构材料应用较少。在建的上海大歌剧院前所未有地采用165 MPa抗压强度的UHPC打造核心区15 m超长悬挑装配整体式梁板结构。该结构外形十分特殊,需要针对其预制工艺及施工方法展开研究。针对UHPC结构预制及现场连接节点中模板体系展开研究,从而在保证UHPC施工安全以及质量可控的前提下,确保实际背景工程UHPC结构施工的技术可行性,实现了良好的经济效益,所形成的技术以及成果可直接用于指导相关工程。 Ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)is a cement-based composite material that has garnered significant attention in recent years,with compressive strengths reaching over 200 MPa.Despite its promising applications,UHPC has been seldom used as a load-bearing structural material in building construction due to limitations in forming processes.The ongoing construction of the Shanghai Grand Opera House has unprecedentedly employed UHPC with a compressive strength of 165 MPa to create a 15 m super-long cantilever precast integral beam-slab structure in its core area.Given the unique shape of this structure,there is a need to study its prefabrication techniques and construction methods.The formwork system in UHPC structure prefabrication and on-site connection nodes is researched,ensuring the technical feasibility of UHPC construction under actual project conditions while maintaining safety and quality control.The developed techniques demonstrate substantial economic benefits and can be directly applied to guide similar projects.
