上海大歌剧院双螺旋空间自由曲面混凝土厚壳施工工艺研究

Study on Construction Techniques for Double-helix Free-form Surface Concrete Thick Shell of Shanghai Grand Opera House

上海大歌剧院建成后将呈现出中国扇外形,其中作为扇轴的旋转楼梯中心柱由双螺旋自由曲面混凝土厚壳及巨型圆柱部分组成,其主体承重结构前所未有,施工难度极高。综合介绍了上海大歌剧院核心区施工过程中形成的主要技术方案。首先,通过在三维建模软件中分析核心区混凝土曲面形状及规律,确定核心区模板支撑体系、模板及钢筋工程的施工技术路线;然后通过采用木模及GFRP模板组合的模板体系,解决B区的混凝土曲面模板问题;采取钢框架+扣件式排架作为混凝土临时支撑体系,并对其进行非线性施工过程分析,以解决1210mm厚混凝土超大自重的支撑体系。以上施工工艺突破了工程建造技术壁垒,确保了施工技术可行性。

The Shanghai Grand Opera House will feature a chinese fan shape upon completion,with the central column of its spiral staircase,serving as the fan's axis,consisting of a double-helix free-form concrete thick shell and a massive cylinder.The main load-bearing structure is unprecedented,posing significant construction challenges.This paper presents the key techniques developed during the construction of the core area of the Shanghai Grand Opera House.Initially,the shape and regularity of the concrete curved surface in the core area were analyzed using three-dimensional modeling software,determining the construction techniques for the formwork support system,formwork,and reinforcement engineering.A formwork system combining wood and GFRP formwork was employed to address the concrete curved surface formwork challenges in Area B.A steel frame combined with a coupler bent frame served as the temporary concrete support system,and the nonlinear construction process was analyzed to address the support system's challenge posed by the 1210 mm thick concrete's large self-weight.These construction techniques overcome significant engineering barriers,ensuring the feasibility of the construction process.
