摘要
装配式混凝土建筑近年来应用十分广泛,但对于大体量且造型独特的公共建筑,构件往往难以预制。为推进这一经济且环保的结构类型,基于上海大歌剧院工程核心“扇轴”结构,从其阶梯状“扇柄”部位着手,对复杂造型下预应力悬臂梁的装配连接方式进行分析,研究不同连接材料、锚固形式、工艺顺序等对力的传递和施工难度的影响,总结形成新的节点工艺,为大跨度建筑构件的装配化提供参考价值。
Prefabricated concrete structures are widely used in recent years;however,for large and uniquely shaped public buildings,the prefabrication of components can be challenging.To advance this economical and environmentally friendly structural form,the core"fan shaft"structure of the Shanghai Grand Opera House project serves as a basis.Starting from the stepped"fan handle"section,the connection methods for prestressed cantilever beams with complex geometries are analyzed,focusing on the effects of different connection materials,anchorage forms,and process sequences on force transmission and construction difficulty.The findings provide valuable insights for the prefabrication of large-span structural components.
