自提升材料传送系统在超高层建造过程中的应用研究

摘要 为深入解决超高层建造过程中可周转材料垂直运输困难、传统机械设备适应性差等问题,基于超高层项目的实际需求,采用全栈式的研发流程,借鉴常见施工机械运行的原理,研发了一种自提升材料传送系统,并探讨研究新系统可行的施工工艺流程。结果表明:新系统满足超高层建造过程中可周转材料垂直运输的实际需求;新系统可实现自提升,且运行速度较快,节省空间,有利于提高施工效率;新系统无需预留较大洞口,能适应不同层高的超高层建筑,适应性较强。综上,新研发的自提升材料传送系统为超高层可周转材料运输“最后一公里”提供一种全新的解决方案,可作为后续类似超高层项目进行可周转材料垂直运输的参考。 To address the challenges of vertical transportation of reusable materials and the poor adaptability of traditional machinery in the construction of super high-rise buildings,a self-lifting material conveying system has been developed based on the actual needs of such projects.Utilizing a full-stack research and development process and drawing on the principles of common construction machinery operation,the feasible construction processes for the new system are discussed.Results indicate that the new system meets the actual needs for vertical transportation of reusable materials in super high-rise construction.It can achieve self-lifting,operate at a faster speed,save space,and improve construction efficiency.Additionally,the system does not require large reserved openings and can adapt to super high-rise buildings with different storey heights,demonstrating strong adaptability.In conclusion,the newly developed self-lifting material conveying system offers a novel solution for the"last kilometer"transportation of reusable materials in super high-rise buildings and can serve as a reference for similar future projects.
