基于有限元分析的双曲面薄壳结构索膜体系找形控制研究

摘要 薄壳结构是一种具有优秀的力学性能和优美外形的建筑形式,但其高难度的成形方法很大程度限制了它的发展。传统推土法和支模法存在很大的局限性,而新型的膜结构成形方法大大降低了大跨度复杂不规则曲面薄壳结构成形难度。基于薄壳结构的膜结构模板体系,以某大型室内双曲面滑雪赛道为对象,建立了索网骨架膜结构模型,利用有限元软件进行计算,以验证该索膜体系在薄壳结构模板上应用的可行性。所得出的结论和施工建议,可为薄壳结构模板技术的研究提供新思路。 Thin-shell structures possess excellent mechanical properties and an aesthetically pleasing form,yet their development is often constrained by the complexity of their forming methods.Traditional methods such as bulldozing and formwork present significant limitations.However,the new membrane structure forming method significantly reduces the complexity involved in shaping large-span,irregular curved thin shell structures.Focusing on a large indoor hyperboloid skiing track,a cable-net skeleton membrane structure model is established based on the membrane structure formwork system of thin shell structures.Finite element analysis software is employed to validate the feasibility of applying the cable-membrane system in thin shell structure formwork.The conclusions and construction recommendations provide new insights for the study of formwork techniques in thin shell structures.
