高密度街区建造阶段碳排放计算及评估方法研究

摘要 建筑业节能减排,对我国经济低碳发展具有重要意义。高密度街区不同于单体建筑,其建筑功能更加丰富的同时,施工建造更加复杂,目前也鲜有关于街区尺度施工建造碳排放的研究。因此,构建适用于建造阶段碳排放计算的碳排放因子库和城市街区尺度建造阶段碳排放计算及评估方法,并以某街坊商业办公项目为例,探讨了高密度街区建造阶段的碳排放分布规律,为城市街区尺度低碳建造方案的制定提供指引。 Energy saving and emission reduction in the construction industry are of great significance to the low-carbon development of China's economy.High-density street blocks differ from single buildings in their more diverse functions and the increased complexity of their construction processes.Currently,there are few studies on the carbon emissions of block-scale construction.Therefore,carbon emission factor databases suitable for the calculation of carbon emissions in the construction stage and techniques for the calculation and evaluation of carbon emissions at the urban block scale are developed.Taking a commercial office project as an example,the distribution pattern of carbon emissions in the construction stage of high-density blocks is examined,providing guidance for the formulation of low-carbon construction schemes at the urban block scale.
