数字安全阀一体化服务平台设计与搭建

摘要 以增强服务企业效能和检验机构内部管理为目标,针对当前安全阀安全保障与安全阀校验管理中遇到的安全阀管理混乱、线下业务办理效率低、数据更新不同步、校验过程管控不严和报告追溯难等问题,采用B/S架构云端SaaS服务的方式打造联通“企、检”两端的“数字安全阀一体化服务平台”,实现安全阀数字化管理、风险预警、线上报检与受理、校验费用自动计算、在线缴费开票、校验轨迹跟踪、原始校验记录审核审批、电子校验报告一键生成与发送、满意度评价等“一站式”标准化云服务,为保障安全阀安全运行建立数字化护盾。 With the goal of enhancing the efficiency of service enterprises and internal management of inspection institutions,in response to the current problems faced in safety valve safety assurance and safety valve verification management,such as chaotic safety valve management,low offline business processing efficiency,asynchronous data updates,lax control of verification processes,and difficult report traceability,a"digital safety valve integrated service platform"was created using B/S architecture cloud SaaS services to connect the"enterprise and inspection"ends.It provided a"one-stop"standardized cloud service for digital management,risk warning,online inspection and acceptance,automatic calculation of verification fees,online payment and invoicing,tracking of verification trajectories,review and approval of original verification records,one click generation and sending of electronic verification reports,satisfaction evaluation,etc.,to establish a digital shield for ensuring the safe operation of safety valves.
