循环荷载作用下装配式ALC外挂墙板新型连接节点试验研究

摘要 为研究不同连接构造下装配式蒸压轻质加气混凝土(ALC)外挂墙板与主体结构在低周往复荷载下的抗震性能,开展了拟静力试验,设计了两种由螺栓连接的新型连接节点,并与外挂钩头螺栓节点进行了对比试验,分析了节点的破坏模式、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、强度退化系数、割线刚度及等效黏滞阻尼系数等抗震指标的差异,并通过有限元软件建立了两种新型节点的数值模型。结果表明:两种新型节点通过滑移机制减缓了地震作用对主体结构的影响,在承载力和抗震性能方面均有明显提高,所建立的模型准确性较高,验证了设计节点的合理性。 To study the seismic performance of the assembled autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete(ALC)external panels and the main structure with different connectors under low cycle loading,the quasi-static test was conducted.In this test,two new connectors connected by bolts were designed and tested in comparison with the external L-hook bolts.The differences between the connectors in seismic indicators such as damage mode,hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,strength degradation coefficient,secant stiffness and equivalent viscous damping coefficient were analyzed,and the numerical models of the two new connectors were established by finite element software.The two new connectors can reduce the effects of seismic loads on the main structure through the slip mechanism,improve the bearing capacity and seismic performance significantly.The established models have high accuracy and can verify the rationality of the designed connectors.
