摘要
为了解决透水混凝土强度较弱、透水性能兼容性较差的问题,在透水混凝土中复掺钢渣粉及短切玄武岩纤维,制备出一种透水性能与力学性能俱佳的透水混凝土制品。研究结果表明,当钢渣粉掺量为10%,玄武岩纤维体积掺量为0.10%时,两者对透水混凝土力学性能具有协同提高作用,透水混凝土的韧性及透水性能也得到了一定程度的增强。此时,透水混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度分别达到最大值39.2 MPa、5.0 MPa,透水系数为2.63 mm/s,孔隙率为15.23%,各项性能均满足工程应用要求。
Mixing steel slag powder and chopped basalt fiber into the pervious concrete was intended to solve the problems of pervious concretehas that have weak strength and poor compatibility with water permeability.The pervious concrete product with good water permeability and mechanical properties was prepared.The results showed that when the content of steel slag powder was 10%and the volume content of basalt fiber was 0.10%,the two had a synergistic enhancement effect on the mechanical properties of pervious concrete.Moreover,the toughness and permeability of pervious concrete were enhanced to a certain extent.At this time,the maximum compressive strength and flexural strength of pervious concrete were 39.2 MPa and 5.0 MPa respectively,the permeability coefficient was 2.63 mm/s,and the porosity was 15.23%.All performances met the requirements of engineering application.
