11Cr4NiMo钢的腐蚀与磨损行为研究

摘要 低碳马氏体不锈钢作为水轮机叶片的常用材料,在服役环境中常遭受介质离子腐蚀及机械磨损的交互作用,其磨损机制仍待深入研究。以11Cr4NiMo钢为研究对象,通过热处理调控组织结构,结合腐蚀形貌、摩擦系数及磨痕形貌等探究组织结构对腐蚀与磨损行为的影响。结果表明,腐蚀后试样的磨损机制为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损的复合磨损,以粘着磨损为主;其中,淬火试样的耐磨性最好,低温回火试样的耐磨性次之,高温回火试样的耐磨性最差。 As a common material for turbine blades,low-carbon martensitic stainless steel is often subjected to the interaction of medium ion corrosion and mechanical wear in the service environment,and its wear mechanism still needs to be further studied.11Cr4NiMo steel was taken as the research object,the effect of microstructure on corrosion and wear behavior was studied through heat treatment regulating organization structure combined with corrosion morphology,friction coefficient and wear scar morphology.The results showed that the wear mechanism of corrosion-wear was a composite wear of adhesive wear and abrasive wear,and adhesive wear was the main wear mechanism.Among them,the wear resistance of quenched specimen was the best,the wear resistance of low temperature tempered specimen was second,and the wear resistance of high temperature tempered specimen was the worst.
