摘要
针对S32750双相钢封头成型后出现冲击功偏低的现象,通过化学成分分析、力学性能测试、点腐蚀试验和显微组织观察等方法对其进行原因分析。结果表明,S32750双相钢封头成型后冲击功偏低的主要原因是固溶温度偏低导致双相组织中析出了脆性相σ。通过提高固溶温度至1100℃来避免σ相的析出,使其冲击功达到产品的技术要求。
For the phenomenon of low impact energy of S32750 dual-phase steel head after forming,the reasons were analyzed through chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing,pitting corrosion test,microstructure observation and other methods.The results showed that the main reason for the low impact energy of S32750 dual-phase steel head after forming was that the low solid solution temperature led to the precipitation of brittle phaseσin the dual-phase microstructure.By increasing the solid solution temperature to 1100℃to avoid theσ-phase precipitation,the impact energy met the technical requirements of the product.
