摘要
针对在射孔作业现场监督工作中,发现部分井按现有设计方案施工,存在射孔施工成本高的问题。从设计源头入手,结合各种射孔工艺技术特性,给出多种方案成本分析结果,优选射孔方案,降低施工成本,开展射孔施工方案智能设计方法研究。通过将各类设计元素、相关标准和设计要求转化成计算机语言的约束条件,最终由计算机系统通过预制的条件自动形成科学合理的射孔施工设计方案,实现方案优化、线上流转和信息化管理。结果表明:利用该方法智能设计射孔施工方案工作,可以优化设计内容,大幅度提高射孔施工设计工作效率,提升射孔施工设计工作的信息化建设水平。
In the field supervision work of perforation operation,it is found that some wells are constructed according to the existing design scheme,and there is a problem of high cost of perforation construction.From the design source,combined with the technical characteristics of various perforating processes,the cost analysis results of various schemes are given,the perforating scheme is optimized,the construction cost is reduced,and the intelligent design method of perforating construction scheme is studied.By transforming various design elements,related standards and design requirements into constraints of computer language,the computer system automatically forms scientific and reasonable perforation construction design through premade conditions,finally realizing scheme optimization,online circulation and information management.The results show that by using this method to design perforating construction scheme intelligently,the design content can be optimized,the efficiency of perforating construction design can be greatly improved,and the information construction level of the whole perforating construction design can be enhanced.
