地方高校科技成果转化现状分析及对策建议

Analysis of Current Situation and Countermeasures of Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Local Universities

从我国地方高校近几年科技成果转化的数据入手,阐述了地方高校科技成果转化的现状;从研发经费投入结构不合理、专利质量不高、管理模式单一、校企之间存在信息差、科研人员积极性不高五个方面分析了地方高校科技成果转化中存在的问题;提出优化科研经费投入结构,培育高价值专利,加强服务体系建设,搭建校企之间的合作桥梁,持续推进科技成果转化政策落实等对策,以期调动高校科研人员的积极性,充分发挥地方高校服务地方经济的作用。

Starting from the data of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in local universities in China in recent years,the current situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in local universities was expounded.The problems existing in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in local universities were analyzed from five aspects:unreasonable R&D investment structure,low patent quality,single management mode,information gap between schools and enterprises,and low enthusiasm of scientific researchers.In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of university researchers and give full play to the role of local universities in serving the local economy,some countermeasures were put forward,such as optimizing the investment structure of scientific research funds,cultivating high-value patents,strengthening the construction of service system,building bridges for school-enterprise cooperation,and continuously promoting the implementation of policies for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
