摘要
通过对数字化赋能高校教师队伍高质量建设的意义的阐述,分析了数字化背景下高校教师队伍高质量建设面临的机遇和挑战,提出了数字化赋能高校教师队伍高质量建设的对策。认为高校应该在提升教师数字化胜任力,加强数字化赋能教师队伍培训;营造数字化支撑环境,打造教师数字化资源中心;完善教师考核机制,提升教师数字化管理服务水平等方面下功夫。
By elaborating on the significance of digital empowerment for high-quality construction of university teaching staff,the opportunities and challenges faced by high-quality construction of university teaching staff under the background of digitalization were deeply analyzed,and countermeasures were proposed for digital empowerment of high-quality construction of university teaching staff.It is believed that universities should enhance the digital competence of teachers and strengthen the training of digital empowered teacher teams;create a digital support environment and create a digital resource center for teachers;improve the teacher assessment mechanism and enhance the level of digital management services for teachers.
