摘要
基于创伤后成长的目标,阐述了创伤后成长带来的积极变化,分析了个体心理支持性因素在“知、情、意”心理过程中的作用机制,指出主动反刍、感恩、心理韧性等关键变量起到的核心作用。从培养大学生主动反刍、引导大学生常怀感恩之情和提高大学生心理韧性强度三个方面,提出了大学生积极心理健康教育策略,以期促进大学生创伤后成长能力的提升,将对创伤的干预转化为育人的契机。
Based on the goal of post-traumatic growth,the positive changes brought about by post-traumatic growth were described.The mechanism of individual psychological support factors in the psychological process of“knowledge,affection and intention”was analyzed,and the core role of key variables such as active rumination,gratitude and psychological resilience was pointed out.From the aspects of cultivating college students active rumination,guiding college students to be grateful,and improving the psychological resilience of college students,positive mental health education strategies for college students were put forward,so as to promote the improvement of college students post-traumatic growth ability and transform the intervention of trauma into an opportunity for educating people.
