新型α-MoO_(3)/CuO复合材料电化学性能及其结构

摘要 研究了α-MoO_(3)材料和α-MoO_(3)/CuO新型复合材料的电化学性能及其结构,结果表明:α-MoO_(3)/CuO复合材料电化学性能优于α-MoO_(3)材料,在扫速10 mV·s^(-1)的条件下,α-MoO_(3)/CuO和α-MoO_(3)比电容分别为3.41和1.58 F·g^(-1),α-MoO_(3)/CuO的比电容是α-MoO_(3)的2.16倍;α-MoO_(3)/CuO在高频范围内具备良好的离子响应,有较好的导电性能;α-MoO_(3)/CuO在1、2、3 A·g^(-1)的电流密度下的电容量分别为125.48、55.50、28.32 F·g^(-1),α-MoO_(3)的电容量分别为55.64、22.31、10.75 F·g^(-1);SEM结果显示CuO颗粒比较均匀地分布在α-MoO_(3)上;XRD测试结果表明复合材料结构中存在α-MoO_(3)和CuO。 The electrochemical properties and structures of theα-MoO_(3)materials and the newα-MoO_(3)/CuO composite materials were investigated.The results showed that the electrochemical performance of the newα-MoO_(3)/CuO composite material was better than that of theα-MoO_(3)material,the specific capacitances ofα-MoO_(3)/CuO andα-MoO_(3)were 3.41 F·g^(-1)and 1.58 F·g^(-1),and the specific capacitance ofα-MoO_(3)/CuO was 2.16 times that ofα-MoO_(3)/CuO under the condition of a sweeping speed of 10 mV·s^(-1);α-MoO_(3)/CuO possessed a good ionic response in the high frequency range and a good electrical conductivity;α-MoO_(3)/CuO had a capacitance of 125.48,55.50 and 28.32 F·g^(-1)at the current densities of 1,2 and 3 A·g^(-1),respectively,while the capacitance ofα-MoO_(3)were 55.64,22.31 and 10.75 F·g^(-1).The results of SEM showed that the CuO particles were distributed more evenly on theα-MoO_(3);the results of XRD showed thatα-MoO_(3)and CuO existed in the composite structure.
