环保型充油丁苯橡胶SBR1739加工应用研究

STUDY ON THE PROCESSING AND APPLICATION OF ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY OIL-FILLED STYRENE BUTADIENE RUBBER SBR1739

针对中国石化齐鲁分公司的环保型充油丁苯橡胶SBR1739(以下简称齐鲁SBR1739)开发出特定的工艺配方。通过添加白炭黑、提高促进剂和硫黄的用量,得到了齐鲁SBR1739性能优化的加工配方,其胶料的硫化性能明显提升,硫化胶的300%定伸应力显著提高,硫化胶的滚动阻力和抗湿滑性能达到较好的平衡,并且具有较好的耐热氧老化性能和耐屈挠龟裂性能。

This study developed a specific process formula for environment-friendly oil-filled styrene butadiene rubber SBR1739 of Sinopec Qilu Branch(Qilu SBR1739).By adding silica,increasing the amount of accelerator and sulfur,the optimized processing formula of Qilu SBR1739 was obtained.The vulcanization performance of the rubber was significantly improved,300%constant elongation stress of the vulcanized rubber was significantly increased,rolling resistance and anti-skid performance of the vulcanized rubber sample reached a better balance.It had better heat oxidative aging performance and flex cracking resistance.
