石化企业发电厂全链条优化的实践

摘要 随着全球能源需求的增长和环境保护意识的提高,火力发电作为一种主要的能源生产方式,其全链条管理受到越来越多的关注。某石化企业(以下简称A企业)以价值创造为目标,强化业财协同,总结提炼“1234”工作法,源头识别成本驱动因素,通过机组改造、搭建综合用电模型、重新签订并网协议、争取政策奖励、绿色低碳项目等措施,全方位管控发电厂项目全生命周期成本,有效降低火力发电成本,助力企业提质增效。 With the growth of global energy demand and the enhancement of environmental protection awareness,thermal power generation as a major energy production mode,its full chain management has been received more and more attention.A petrochemical enterprise(hereinafter referred to as Enterprise A)takes value creation as its goal,strengthens the synergy between industry and finance,summarizes and refines the"1234"working method,identifies cost drivers at the source,and comprehensively controls the whole life cycle cost of power plant projects through unit transformation,building comprehensive electricity consumption model,re-signing grid-connection agreements,developing green and low-carbon projects,striving for policy incentives,etc.The cost of thermal power generation is effectively reduced,and quality improvement and efficiency of enterprises is assisted.
