密闭除焦系统在延迟焦化装置中的应用

摘要 针对某公司延迟焦化装置在除焦过程中周边产生的恶臭问题,进行了密闭除焦技术改造。改造后装置的臭气、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、硫化氢以及非甲烷总烃的质量浓度得到了有效控制,焦化装置周边的环境得到了显著的改善,焦池的无组织排放挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)大幅度减少,实现了环保效益的明显提升。同时分析了密闭除焦运行过程中出现的问题并提出解决思路,为同类装置密闭除焦改造提供了可靠参考和依据。 In order to solve the problem of bad odor appears in decoking in delayed coking unit of a company,the closed coke removal technology was reformed.After the transformation,the mass concentrations of odor,benzene,toluene,xylene,hydrogen sulfide and non-methane total hydrocarbons in the renovated equipment has been effectively controlled.The environment around the coking unit has been significantly improved,unorganized emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the coke tank has been greatly reduced,and environmental benefit has been significantly improved.At the same time,the problems existing in course of the closed decoking were analyzed and the solutions were put forward,which provided reliable references and basis for closed decoking transformation of the similar equipment.
