汽轮机挂闸故障分析与处理

摘要 在分析ND(G)83/83/07型小汽轮机调节保安系统的结构组成和工作原理的基础上,对某电厂1号机组小汽轮机的挂闸故障进行了剖析,得出小汽轮机不能挂闸的直接原因是安全油压不能正常建立,并对影响安全油压正常建立的因素进行了分析,提出了故障处理对策。 Based on analyzing the composition and working principle of ND(G)83/83/07 small steam turbine regulation and safety system,a small steam turbine latching fault happened in unit 1 of a power plant is studied,and it is concluded that the small turbine fails to latch is due to the safeguard oil pressure fails to be established.Analysis is conducted on the factors affecting the safeguard oil pressure to normally be established,based on which the troubleshooting countermeasures are put forward.
