摘要
通过分析550 kV气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)在进行工频耐压试验时发生击穿的情况,开展了排查和处理工作。通过对异常支撑绝缘子进行制造溯源、返厂剖切和理化试验,查找出支撑绝缘子碎裂的根本原因,即该绝缘子在制造过程中,由于操作不当造成高压电极弧面异常变形,从而引起浇注品质量不合格,并提出在制造过程中应加强GIS监造,从源头上控制设备质量。
By analyzing the insulator breakdown of a 550 kV gas insulated metal closed switchgear(GIS)occurred in a power-frequency withstand voltage test,the event is investigated and treated.By manufacturing traceability of the faulted support insulator,factory cutting as well as physical and chemical tests,the root cause of the support insulator breakdown is that the improper operation in manufacturing the insulator causes the abnormal deformation of high-voltage electrode arc surface,and thus leading to the unqualified the cast product.It is proposed to strengthen GIS supervision in the manufacturing process so as to control the equipment quality from the source.
