摘要
针对目前采煤机螺旋滚筒齿座焊接定位精度和工作效率较低等问题,提出采用机器人系统进行齿座焊接定位,该系统主要由四台机器人、一台变位机和一套智能控制系统等组成,利用PQArt仿真软件编写齿座焊接定位工作程序,使机器人和变位机协同工作,从而完成齿座焊接定位的智能化作业,并进行了工业性试验,试验结果表明:该系统提高了齿座焊接定位的智能化程度,提高了齿座焊接定位的精度和工作效率,经济和社会效益显著。
Aiming at the problems of low precision and low working efficiency of the welding positioning of the spiral drum tooth seat of the shearer,a robot system is proposed to carry out the welding positioning of the tooth seat.The system is mainly composed of four robots,a positioner and a set of intelligent control system.The PQArt simulation software is used to write the working procedure of the welding positioning of the tooth seat,so that the robot and the positioner work together to complete the intelligent operation of the welding positioning of the tooth seat,and the industrial test is carried out.The test results show that the system realizes the intelligence of the welding positioning of the tooth seat,and greatly improves the accuracy and working efficiency of the welding positioning of the tooth seat.The economic and social benefits are remarkable.
